Returns
Due to the nature of food and spices, we only accept returns in case of:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery
Expired product received
Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and product photos.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In case of prepaid orders, refund will be initiated after we verify the issue.
If the order was paid by COD (Cash on Delivery), a store credit or coupon will be issued.

Products returned without original packaging
