Returns
    • Due to the nature of food and spices, we only accept returns in case of:

      • Wrong product delivered

      • Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery

      • Expired product received

    • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and product photos.

Refunds
    • Once your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • In case of prepaid orders, refund will be initiated after we verify the issue.

    • If the order was paid by COD (Cash on Delivery), a store credit or coupon will be issued.

Non-returnable items
  • Opened or used spice packs

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after 3 days of delivery
